This hotel was so great! From the friendly staff to the cozy atmosphere, everything was perfect. The breakfast spread was really good, catering even to vegan diets. The small pool area offered a lovely spot to work and relax, while the gym was well-equipped. I can't wait to return!

Fairly clean venue with favourable and lovely location in the' private' setting area. A huge variety of great food at breakfast time. Neat room overall, in all things. Very amiable staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Location right by other attractions, and New Kingston, Devon's house, and other attractions.

Soundproof room, modern in all things. Marvellous and lovely location in the' private' setting area and easy access to a supermarket and shopping centres. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Barbican.

Clean but loud dining areas

The ambiance is really good! The helpfulness from the front desk staff. The housekeepers ensured our 'Larger Guest room, 1 King, Sofa bed, Balcony' remained super clean. We particularly enjoyed the fine city view from our balcony during the evenings.

The dining areas were quite noisy during peak hours, making it challenging to enjoy meals.

We met very friendly and well-mannered employees.

location: the hotel was so close to new kingston, devon's house, and other attractions, common areas, and restaurants. the room was new-fashioned & relaxing, came with a big standing mirror.

Very chic building and rooms in all things. Ideal location just off Kingston on a Friday, common areas including children, and restaurants and shops.

I adored the hotel's ambiance. The elegant decor. The spacious rooms and accessibility features were especially thoughtful.

The staff greeted me with big smiles and were so helpful with everything I needed. The pool area vibes were perfect for relaxation, and the food was delicious. Room service was super convenient when I didn't want to dine in.

Nice stay with a few perks!

The vibe was super chill, with a nice touch when they greeted us at check-in. Ariel and the crew at the front desk were surprisingly helpful! The food was delicious, especially the snack bar by the pool. Just wish the dining areas weren't so loud. All in all, a cool spot for a getaway.

The room was really spacious and clean, a plus. I liked that it had a comfortable setup. The beds were cozy, and the gym was well-equipped. My only issue was that it got a bit noisy from the music downstairs. But overall, I had a decent night's sleep.

Really good Staff and Delicious Breakfast

The a la carte Jamaican breakfast was a highlight, amazing! The location was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. The dining area could use some improvements in privacy to enhance the overall experience.

But honestly, the lounge vibes were a bit too loud-seemed like I was dining at a club! Not ideal for a girl wanting to chow down on some peace and quiet.
